Belly Buddies: For Expectant Mom’s: An informal, informational class on the “4^th Trimester” What do we do now that baby is here! Bella and Babe’ Beginnings: ages infant through 12 months (approximate, stays in this group until walking) Time for music, movement, play and chatt= ing with our expert instructor, and other mom’s on all the challenges and joys of being a mom of an infant! = Bella and Babe’ Growing: They’re crawling, climbing, even walking……oh! What fun, are you tired yet? We will dance, sing, play instrume= nts, and have all sorts of fun, and then we will even take some time to continue= to support one another as moms, with seasoned mom, nurse and childcare special= ist there to help lead the conversation in a positive and uplifting direction! = Ages 12months (approximate; should be walking to be in this group) to 24+ months=
